I absolutely love this place. I had to switch dentists because first of all, I didn't like my initial office, but also because my initial office was completely booked six months out. I decided to switch to the Dentists of El Dorado Hills primarily because they took my insurance, but I had no idea I'd fall in love with this place and its people so much. I had never been a patient of this office before; now, I wish I had known about this place and these people for YEARS! Jasmine at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and angel. She has made everything possible for me. My general dentist, Dr. Melissa Petersen, made me feel like I was in good hands and was super kind, caring, and knowledgeable, as she shared and explained throughly what my situation was. The dental assistant, Michael, was GREAT. He was SUPER friendly, made me feel safe, and totally comfortable and welcomed because we talked like we were best friends and had known each other for years. My dental hygienist, Dr. Marie Frankos, was absolutely wonderful. She worked long and hard on my teeth and completely cleaned me up. She played relaxing music, talked me through what was happening and what she was doing, and made me feel super safe, comfortable, and welcomed, as she told me stories about herself while she worked on my teeth and was overall SUPER friendly and personable. Most people hate going to the dentist, but because of this place, I am excited to go and I absolutely look forward to being there again. I trust these people with my life and my teeth! There is an AMAZING group of people who work here; every single one of them---even people who didn't directly help me---were super nice, attentive, and caring. Absolutely recommend.

Fayer delivers the best and most thorough teeth cleaning always without a lot of chit chat about personal life as I’m laying on the chair with my mouth open, unable to respond. Fayer is excellent about teaching me better brushing, water pic and flossing techniques to use at home. I highly recommend Fayer as your dental hygienist! She is very dedicated and experienced.
